The Gyrotonic method is unique and it is based on principles of yoga, dance and thai chi. It addresses the entire person, increasing range of motion and improving strength and movement efficiency. Each movement flows seamlessly into the the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. Rhythmic repetitions correspond with your breathing and carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.
Daniela will be hosting 5 unique theme based classes. We do recommend trying to commit to all of them but drop in’s are welcome. These workshops are suitable for anyone who is interested in investing in some time to strengthen their bodies.
